I understand that: 

  • For a quote on a repair a basic call out fee of R690 in the greater Randburg/Johannesburg/ Sandton area and R790 in the Centurion/ South/East/West Rand area will be charged. Additionally, an after-hours call out fee ranging between R890 and R1500 – depending on the time – will be charged. After hours includes: weekend call-outs (from Saturday afternoon) as well as public holidays.
  • For a quote on a new installation the call out is free.
  • All prices are EX VAT. I acknowledge that VAT is payable on the invoice.
  • We do not quote on repairs as quoting entails fixing the problem in order to diagnose it.
  • If you would like to receive a quote, please call us or fill out our online form. Please note that the more details you provide, the more accurately we will be able to quote.
  • We strive to complete all calls on the same day they are logged. If you would like a more specific time estimate, please contact our Operations Manager Zach on: 011 463 3025/083 452 2015. Estimated times cannot be guaranteed however as our technicians go from job to job and cannot determine the time each job will take. Afterhours calls constitute an emergency and as such will be attended to immediately.
  • Payment is due on presentation of invoice.
  • All repair work and all parts provided in repairing a system are warranted for three months from date of invoice.
  • All new gate motors and intercom systems are warranted for one year from date of invoice.
  • All parts and equipment remains the property of Gate Repair Services cc until paid for in full.
  • Two percent above prime will be charged on overdue accounts.
  • In the event that this invoice is for an insurance claim you are required to pay Gate Repair Services cc prior to submitting to submitting the claim.
